A. The only way to reduce weight is to exercise. You can choose any cardio exercises like Zumba or swimming or badminton or Suryanamaskarams. Along with these do dieting to lose weight

A. when you are sun will start eating outside Food and is a not on exclusive breastfeeding then you can start exercises daily walk of 45 minutes will definitely help along with that you should do some yoga and stretching exercises don't exert yourself as it will hamper milk secretion
