A. Hello dear After three month start with walk and gradually with exercises..Only if your body is comfortable with everything..Many a time women with c section are not comfortable in third month so one should be comfortable with the body

A. hi dear do physical activity take ajwain Pani take green tea once in a day take Tulsi tea in the morning the walking and yoga everyday do belly exercise better to avoid spicy oily and junks food give breastfeeding to baby increase intake of water and juice
