#asktheexpert please suggest good diet to loose extra pregnancy weight

A. Hi mom To reduce weight,avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat. Drink plenty of water in a day to flush out excess toxins from body. Have dinner two hours before bedtime to increase metabolism. U can have light dinner like veggies sprouts soup salads etc.. Eat homemade food. Stay committed to above points, u will surely loose weight.
