A. Hello Mom To lose weight after pregnancy, you may need to keep patience & follow this 1. Include 45 minutes of activity per day 2. Try to avoid Sugar, junk and fried foods 3. Include lot of lean proteins like low fat milk. paneer, dal, egg. fish & vegetables 4. Sleep well for 8 hours daily 5. Drink 3 to 4 litre of water daily
