A. Hi To lose weight, try to take less caloric dense foods like sugar, fried foods, junk foods, bakery foods Add more of Vegetables, salads, soup, lean proteins like skim milk, low fat paneer, dal, fish, chicken, egg whites along with fruits , nuts Exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast
