A. Hello mom some women tend to loose weight quite easily though some may take time it vary women to women . So try to have patience and dedication as well . You have to be mindful of what you consume and avoid too much of heavy meals , and if you are lactating mothers don’t over so as you need healthy calories for good milk production . Also involve in some form of physical exercise for atleast 30 to 44 min daily
