A. To reduce body weight two things are important 1) have healthy diet.Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods avoid junk food. 2) do regular physical exercise like- Yoga, Swimming and Aqua aerobics, Cycling.

A. use mamaearth apple cider vinegar...mix it with water while taking it

A. you should do some regular workout make sure not eating dinner after 6 o'clock make sure that you are taking good amount of water in doing regular work out which will be helpful for you
