A. you have to eat only fruits egg and vegetables and dal z . no more oily and spicy food . fast food and fried food should be zero intake . hydrate well . no sugar

A. Hello dear, to loose weight do physical exercise like jogging, cycling, yoga. Drink lukewarm water with lemon and honey in the morning empty stomach to burn fat. Avoid high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Drink plenty of water in a day.
