Drink lukewarm water with lemon and honey in the morning empty stomach to burn fat.
Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food.
Have dinner two hours before bedtime to increase metabolism.
Drink plenty of water in a day preferably lukewarm to remove excess fat from the body.
Avoid eating rice and potatoes as they lead to weight gain.
