#AskTheExpert#MamyPoko doctor my baby is 8 months old,through C-section, so when can I start my exercise and what kind of exercise will be the best for me ?

A. now you can safely. see there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
