#AskTheExpert Can I start my exercise after 2 months of c section delivery ? if yes , what kind of exercises should I start with?

A. after 6 months of surgery Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. Hello Mom No, you should not. You have to wait till six months then only you should start doing basic exercise routine till the time you have to wait. You can cut the calories intake and add more fibre and protein in your regular diet. It will also help in losing pregnancy weight
