#asktheexperts After c section how can I reduce mu bell fat? when can I start exercise and what kind of please suggest?

A. Hai good evening!! It takes 5-6 months to recover from C-Section and exercise,work outs, heavy works, weight lifting is not suggested. As you have completed 5 months ask your Gynaecologist about exercises, after examining doctor would recommend you some suitable exercises depending on your recovery. For reducing fat maintain diet with calcium, protein, iron rich foods avoid Sugar processed, outside food, more carbohydrates in diet , 3 Meals and 2 snacks include Fresh fruits and vegetables (salads, soups, Cereals), fluids in diet.
