A. hi, drink plenty of fluids n eat healthy, Drinking lemon water is the safest way to detox and get rid of the excess belly fat. do some phud exercise on daily basis too.

A. Hi See it’s very normal for a woman to gain after delivery because of eating habits that we get because we are feeding a child so that’s normal you go ahead with exercising and dieting to lose on your weight that’s the only thing that you can do as of now
