A. Hello To lose weight, you can 1. Avoid fried, junk, bakery, sweet , sugary foods 2. Include lot of vegetables, sprouts, curd, skim milk, egg whites, pulses, low fat paneer, salads in your meals 3. Exercise daily for atleast 45 minutes
