Q.

#AskTheExpert i am at 2trimister 17week which exercise and yoga should I do and which timing is best for exercise,yoga and walking?? for normal delivery I have abortion history in my 1st pregnancy in 20 weeks as I found defects in the anomaly scan.

A. yogas and exercises can be done before few days of due date. but please ask your gynecologist permission before this

A. 10 to 15 minutes walking at morning (around 7 o' clock ) is enough.

A. he said do all routine work as it is ....all things are normal no need to worry can u tell me the time for walking?? which is the best time to exercise and yoga ?? which are the best please tell me

A. hi as you have history of abortion ,it is advisable to first confirm with your gynecologist whether you can do yogas or exercises or not . if he or she permit then you can do this before few weeks of due date.(like kegal exercise, butterfly Asana for normal delivery)
