Please suggest some exercise and yoga for 2nd trimester.

A. a simple walk is best. do that only. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stressCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

A. Just walking will be really helpful. There won't be any complications too. For other exercises and yoga.. I will suggest you to see your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for you as of now as doctors know our health n body well
