A. Hi To lose weight in a healthy way. you can 1. Include foods like sprouts, egg whites, pulses, sprouts, curd, low fat paneer, fish, fruits, nuts , salads 2. Avoid junk foods, sugar, fried foods bakery foods biscuits 3. exercise daily 4. Include lot of water daily
