A. Hello You can start walking or exercise like strength training, swimming daily Avoid sugar, sweets , junk foods, fried foods take 4 to 5 meals a day Include protein rich foods like skim milk, egg whites, pulses, sprouts, curd more in your diet Add more Vegetables, fruits, nuts too
