include variety if whole grains, millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, healthy fats in small quantities, and adequate water to keep you hydrated.
add small mid-meals inbetween after 2 hours, and regularize your meal timings.
avoid junk and processed foods, carbonated beverages, fried foods, refined flour, excess salt, sugar and fats.
you can go on a walk, start yoga or exercises.
