#AskTheExpert before pragnency weight is 68kg and its delivery time reached at 94kg but now weight is around 86kg and not loosing weight what to do

A. hi mom gradually you will loose weight better to consult a qualified dietitian for appropriate results as you would require few follow ups and she can keep helping you timely
