Q.

#AskTheExpert Hi, My weight before pregnancy was 60kg. During pregnancy I gained upto 78kg. I had Cesarean during delivery and I had twins. Now my weight was 68kg. My delivery happened last year January. I want to lose weight and I have belly fat. I want to lose my Belly fat also. Please suggest me diet so that I can lose weight.

A. Hello mom along with diet it’s also important to do some physical activity as well , so go for brisk walking. Yoga is very helpful for reducing belly fat , avoid fried, sugary and refined and processed foods , avoid heavy meals after late evenings
