hello doctor, I feel very low and pain in body , n low apptatite. my blood reports r attached. my age 26, now my weight after delivery 86kg, before delivery 70kg.

A. Hello Your vitamin B12 are low. even Iron Start iron, folic acid , calcium & B12 supplements Also take vitamin D3. Consult your gynaecologist for the same. Take more Vegetables, fish, chicken, pulses, curd, egg , sprouts daily for Nutrients
