Now my weight is 68kg ,how to reduce my weight

A. dear Mum, to reduce your weight, u should eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged foods. Have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources. don't skip breakfast and have a good water intake. at least 45 to 60 minutes of exercise daily.
