My weight when I got pregnant was 57kg and now I am in my 7th month, my weight is around 68kg. I am worried that this weight gain is huge. Should I be concerned as I was normal delivery and no complications.

Hello ma’am You have just gained 11 kgs doctor say even if you gain till 15 kg or 17 kgs in your pregnancy then it is considered healthy and completely good. Normal delivery is absolutely possible in this I delivered my child when I was 75 or 78 KG so you are way beyond that way so why are you so worried about all these things just eat well and enjoy your pregnancy
