add whole grains, dals and pulses, millets, milk and milk products, fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, healthy fats in minimal quantity and adequate water to keep you hydrated and relieve bloating as well.
add small mid-meals after every 2 hours gap and stick to your meal timings.
avoid junk, processed, fried foods, carbonated beverages, excess salt, sugar and oil.
you can also start with walk, yoga or exercises.
for bloating, maintain your water intake up to 10 -12 glasses a day and chew saunf post major meals.

to reduce weight you can start with
some exercises or yoga or brisk walking..
take small frequent meals.
restrict sugar sweet intake
avoid oil spicy foods..
drink plenty of water .. prefer warm water..
