After consulting with your doctor, you can start with Surya Namaskar. Crunches help a lot. Avoid fatty, oily, processed and fried foods. Eat high fibre snacks. Eat lots of proteins. Sleep well. Take less stress. Eat oats as it keeps your stomach filled for a long time.
