Hello ma’am If you had a normal delivery and your stitches are completely healed then you can start with the normal and light exercise like Surya Namaskar or something if you feel physically fit and if you had a C-section then it will be better to wait for 6 to 8 months till the time your stitches are completely healed after that you can go for a proper workout and also take a proper diet from a dietician to lose on your weight in a proportionate manner
