#askexperts my baby is almost 8 months now when will I loose my tummy fat..?

A. To reduce weight, especially around stomach area, you need to include fiber and protein rich foods in your diet and keep yourself well hydrated. Do skin toning exercises like squats, jogging, swimming, breathing, brisk walking, cycling and Yogasanas. Restrict intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and ready to eat foods. Drink warm jeera water first thing in the morning everyday.
