A. start dancing. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatmentyou can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads.

A. Dear Mom start doing yoga, regular walking,drink plenty of water, avoid sugary foods and consume green leafy vegetables. Just maintain consistency in exercise routine and diet. Start your day with lukewarm water and lemon. Avoid fast foods.
