A. start with regular physical activity for atleast 1hr gradually increasing the intensity of workout include all food groups comprising cereal and grains dal legumes include all seasonal fruits and vegetables , avoid refined flour sugary products deep fried foods, hydrate well

A. good evening I would recommend you to make sure that you eat your dinner early by around 7:30 p.m. and make sure that you do not take breakfast before 10 a.m. in the morning try to do yoga everyday in the morning for half an hour
