#asktheexpert I have gained 15 kg weight.. I m now 70. pls tell how should I reduce so that I don't feel any weekness in the weight loss journey!!

A. Hello For Healthy weight loss, you can 1. Avoid sugar, sweets junk, fried, bakery & packaged foods 2. Include sprouts, pulses, Dal's, skim milk, egg whites vegetable soup, salads, fruits 3. Drink plenty of wate 4. exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast
