Paan or betel nut leaves are a much loved after-food mouth freshener in India. So, today we are going to show you a very innovative way to use paan leaves – in a digestive drink. Served in shot glasses, it is definitely a must have in any party menu.

Ingredients

  • 6 betel nut leaves
  • 2-3 tbsp gulkand
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • ¼ cup condensed milk
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2-3 cardamom pods
  • ½ cup chilled water

Method

Step 1

Blend all ingredients together in a mixer jar such that the mixture is absolutely smooth.

Step 2

Strain it and store the drink mixture in the refrigerator for an hour to chill.

Step 3

Pour the drink into 6 individual shot glasses and serve chilled. Enjoy!
