I gave birth to my baby at the age of 24. I expected a normal delivery, but I didn’t get pains, so I had to go for a C-section. I got more pains after my delivery through the C-section. My mental condition also changed. I was depressed at that time. If we are prepared for a normal delivery, but due to some problems we have to go for a C-section, our mental condition does not accept it at that time. So, be prepared mentally.
The first two days after the C-section were very painful. We cannot even concentrate on our baby. Those first two days, I didn’t get any breast milk, due to which I felt very sad. But, the doctor said that I should try to give milk to the baby, and I shouldn’t feel disappointed in myself. I started feeding my baby with hope, and within 2 hours, I was feeding milk to my baby successfully. I felt very happy.
After that, till now, i.e. 10 months, I am feeding my baby lots of milk. I am eating a healthy diet and nutritious food. During my baby’s first 4 months, she didn’t sleep during the nights. But, we have to be very patient at that time. Don’t get irritated with your baby, because they don’t know what they are doing at that time. You should enjoy with your little one. We can’t get this time back again. So, be happy with your little one. Start feeding extra food to your baby at 6 months. We should also give milk to our babies till we get it, till 1 to 2 years. However long you give milk to your baby, your baby will grow that much stronger. Massage your baby day and night till 6 months of age. After that, massage your baby once a day till 1 year of age. Start feeding bananas and apples after 6 months of age.
