If you’re looking to cut back on some calories, replace the apple juice with brewed and cooled green tea, and you’ve got a super healthy, super filling breakfast to go.

- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 whole banana, peeled and cut into slices
- 200 ml apple juice/green tea
Place all the ingredients in a blender, starting with the strawberries, and blend until smooth. Pour out and serve immediately.
