- 16 graham crackers/digestive biscuits
- Chocolate spread
Lay out the digestive biscuits side by side, and coat them with chocolate spread liberally.
Spear the marshmallow onto a skewer and lightly roast on the stove till it is slightly golden brown
Make a sandwich with chocolate coated biscuits with the marshmallow in the centre
Flatten the sandwich slightly, so that the hot, gooey marshmallow mixes with the chocolate spread
Serve while hot.
