Black Grape and Apple Mocktail

This summer season, ditch the virgin Mary or the Pinacolada and try our black grape and apple mocktail. This drink is refreshing, easy to make and kid-friendly. So, get your kids cool off this summer season with this fancy drink and we are sure that this subtly flavoured mocktail will be a hit amongst your teenyboppers.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg black grapes
  • 2 apples
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 tsp black salt

Method

Step 1

In a mixer, add all the washed black grapes. Grind (without using water) and sieve out the juice. Keep aside.

Step 2

Now peel apples, cut into pieces and blend in the mixer. Sieve out the juice.

Step 3

In a big glass bowl, mix grape juice and apple juice together. Add lemon juice and black salt. Mix well and refrigerate for 30 min.

Step 4

Once cooled, pour in a nice long glass and garnish with one grape or a slice of apple.
