Banana Muffins
You’ve got some ripe bananas in your kitchen, and don’t know what to do with them? We’ve got a way out! Just incorporate them into these muffins and you’ll have a super healthy snack to munch on. You can also make some extra, keep it in the refrigerator and microwave just before consuming. You’ll have all the banana goodness that bakes a lot faster than the humble banana bread.

Ingredients
- 100 g self-raising flour
- 70 g white sugar
- 60ml vegetable oil
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 large mashed bananas
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2-3 drops vanilla essence
Method
Step 1
Keep the oven for preheating to 375 degree Farenheit. Add paper cases into the muffin cases.
Step 2
Now, take the bowl and mix sugar, flour, oil and egg, and beat to combine all ingredients.
Step 3
In another bowl, take milk and bananas, and beat until they get mixed together.
Step 5
Now, mix both the mixtures together, and add baking soda and vanilla essence. Whisk lightly till everything gets mixed properly.
Step 6
Pour out the mixture into the muffin cases. Fill till 3/4th volume of the cases.
Step 7
Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let the muffins cool for 5 minutes.
Step 8
Serve warm.
