A. ok it's Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. Hi mom To reduce weight you can do yoga. surya namaskar aasan will help to shed extra kilos from the body. U can do cycling jogging dance gym etc to reduce weight. Have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food
