which type of exercises we have to do to reduce pregnancy belly after seziariyan delivery.now am 6month started need doctor suggestions please

A. Core abdominal exercises along with portion control is the answer. Consult a trainer for a few exercises which are suitable for your condition and start doing them atleast 5 days a week

Hello maam First you need to make sure by consulting your gynaecologist that your stitches are healed completely that’s almost till the age of eight months after that only you can go for any kind of workout. So to begin with you can go for a brisk walk on a regular basis and you can do yoga. And also take a diet from a dietician so that your weight loss is in a proportionate manner
