Q.

for me it's a fourth month running after C section and family planning can I do the exercises to reduce tummy and please suggest me what type of exercises can we do to reduce tummy

A. no it's not right time to start exercise.. Continue with breast feeding it helps you to lose weight. Have healthy diet. It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months of c section.

A. If your physically fit you can slowly start. you may start with basic exercises like walking. Atleast one hour of walking every day czn give you good results. You can also do basic yoga exercises regularly especially surya namaskaram, pranayma these are very beneficial of your body is really fit then you can also go the gym for workout. Start with very simple firm of exercise
