I had 2nd c section along with family planning. when is the right time to start exercises for reducing belly fat.

A. After completing the time of six months women with C-section can go for brisk walk and all but if you’re looking for proper hard-core exercise and all that after about 10 months of C-section delivery because these take a lot of time to heal internally so you’ll have to wait
