A. better after six months. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

A. good afternoon for at least 7 to 8 months I would recommend you to not try to do any kind of an exercise if you are comfortable after that you may start doing light exercises including yoga
