Q.

I had a c section delivery 2 months back . what kind of exercises I should do to reduce my whole body weight and tummy fat and when should I start doing it ?

A. dear mom before starting exercise seek your doctors advise as he would know the case better as of now you are breasfeeding so eat good protiens, variety of vegetables and fresh, hydrate yourself well this will so help in weight loss

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please evaluate once with your gynecologist in person before starting any exercise. also have rich fiber and proteins diet. also avoid oily junk and packed food. and walk morning and evening. take care
