This is my 2nd C-section delivery, it's already 2 and half months, when do I start exercising to reduce tummy fat? please suggest me effective exercises

A. well after six months ok. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios tooCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
