A. Drinking lemon water after C-section is the safest way to detox and get rid of the excess belly fat. Just take some lukewarm water and add some lemon juice and honey to it. Mix together and drink this water in the morning. Drink plenty of water..to flush out the excess fat from the system. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods You can walk daily half an hour. Do aerobic exercise, cycling, Perform resistance training, Yoga, Suryanamaskaar, Pranayam.
