Hello doctor I got c-section. how to reduce tummy after c-section delivery. this is 2nd delivery. tummy is more so what can I do

A. Hi parent please include green tea instead of coffee and tea please avoid sugar more than two tea spoon per day please take one bowl of salad before taking meal please do some exercise and yoga at early morning for one hour daily please avoid oily and spicy food
