A. can do exercises 6 months after cesarean section Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. To reduce post pregnancy weight, it is recommended to include protein and fiber rich diet and avoid fatty foods and sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Do skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, breathing and Yogasanas. Drinking warm jeera Or lemon water first thing in the morning will help too.
