Hie.. I am mother of 6 months old baby..! can anyone help me out with dite and exercises to reduce my tummy and weight

A. Hi Mom, Maintain healthy and balanced diet along with regular exercise will help you to lose weight as well as tummy. Breastfeeding also helps you to decrease your weight naturally. If you are a breastfeeding mother, breastfeed your baby more. Also exercise atleasst 30 mins per day. Do cardio exercise. Always choose healthy proteins, avoid refined sugars, carbs, fried items etc. Drink plenty of water. Thank you.
