When should I start workout after delivery

A. It depends on the mode of delivery you had. If you had a vaginal delivery then you can start working out as early as six weeks after giving birth but if you have a Cesarean surgery then you have to give a gap of minimum six months before doing any activities that will put extra pressure on your abdomenWrite Your Answer Here
