When can i start doing workout after c section delivery

A. You can start walking as early as eight weeks after surgery itself but to do any activity which will put pressure on your abdomen including bending or yoga or any abdominal exercises you have to wait for a minimum of six monthsWrite Your Answer Here

A. you can start working after 16 weeks which is indeed a better time.

A. Hello dear parent, you can start with mild workout like going for a walk for 20 to 30 mins. And that is absolutely normal. For rest of the exercises like aerobics you can start after 4th month or so. Do not exhert yourself at all. Good luck and take care
